Send an e-mail to . Give us your name, phone number, best way of reaching you, and some idea of the problem.

In spite of our best efforts at keeping the site up-to-date, we know that the sites we are sending you to are constantly being updated and revised themselves, and may break the links we have in place. And even though we will look for stable sources of information, some sites will go out of business.

This means that even though we are constantly searching for broken links, you will sometimes click on a resource and reach a broken link. Because this is a fact of web life, we have chosen to leave in the entire URL visible so you can at least do the following:

  1. Go to the root site of the URL
  2. Look for its search capacity.
  3. Search for the document you are looking for.

For example, if you wanted the "Databases" page at the Urban Institute, and clicked on http://www.urban.org/content/Research/Databases/Databases.htm and got an error message instead of the link, you could go to www.urban.org, look for the Research and search for "Databases". If you find a broken link, please let us know at .
