Dear Pat,

I want to let you know how much I appreciate the service that WorkSource provides. Your staff did an outstanding job in being helpful at a time when I was in need. I do feel they went the extra mile in being helpful and cheerful. I have seen this with your staff before when I did a temporary job. Here again, I have found outstanding service and the help I needed for completing paperwork needed for job hunting. I want to give special thanks to Judy Hamilton, Pam Arnold and Joe Triggs; I know they truly did help more than was required.

Special thanks to you Pat for your help and for the outstanding job you did, even on your days off. I know that the outstanding job your staff does reflects the type of leader that you are and hope more people will see that.
